Our team stands out for its quality, efficiency, and commitment in every project we undertake. **Your mission in the role:** Ensure proper accounting and financial management of projects, providing strategic support to technical and construction teams to guarantee operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. **Main responsibilities:** Implement internal controls for efficient financial and material resource management on each project. Generate and timely follow up on invoicing and collections. Monitor and report operational costs of assigned projects. Safeguard and manage project documentation (contracts, licenses, permits, bonds, delivery records). Follow up on customer agreements and requests during meetings and site visits. Coordinate administrative and tax obligations with relevant authorities. Oversee human capital processes for the project (hiring, terminations, attendance). Ensure compliance with company policies and internal guidelines. **What we offer:** Net salary: $15,000 – $18,000 monthly Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00 hrs / Saturdays 9:00 to 14:00 hrs Location: Cancun (Av.
