If so, you could be the talent we are looking for in this position. **Job Description** -------------------------- As a Kidz Concierge, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of functions in our recreational or entertainment facilities. Key responsibilities include scheduling the use of recreational facilities, maintaining and providing equipment to participants in sports events or recreational activities, and operating concessions and mechanical rides. **Job Functions and Responsibilities** -------------------------------------------- * Ensure efficient coordination of recreational facilities to optimize usage and provide a pleasant experience for all guests. * Maintain, clean, and organize equipment while ensuring proper functionality and safety; immediately report any issues or required repairs. * Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment for events, recreational activities, and other special events. * Operate concessions and events following safety guidelines and procedures. * Provide exceptional customer service to guests by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues quickly, professionally, and courteously. * Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and participate in team-building exercises to continuously develop skills and contribute to a positive team environment. * Comply with company policies, standards, and regulations, including maintaining cleanliness and upholding safety standards across all facilities. * Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned. **Work Experience** ----------------------- * Entry-level position with limited prior training or relevant work experience * Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks * Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy * Works under close supervision or clearly defined procedures * Has 0 to 1 year of work experience **Competencies** ---------------- Interpersonal skills Functional job knowledge Leadership Problem solving Teamwork and collaboration Accountability Business experience Advocating for guest needs Self-development Impact**Education** ------------- * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * A combination of education and experience will be considered. **Certifications** ------------------- * Certifications may be required or preferred.
