Supervisor for a Private Security Company **Responsibilities** \- Daily supervision of security guards under your command (schedule control, uniform compliance, communications, etc.). \- Conduct inspection rounds and verify proper adherence to client-specific instructions and directives. \- Prepare and update daily reports, incident reports, updates, and improvement proposals. \- Manage and resolve operational incidents in real time (intrusions, equipment failures, emergencies, conflicts). \- Manage staff shifts, leave requests, vacations, and personnel assignments. \- Conduct internal security audits and propose corrective measures. \- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations within your team. **Mandatory Requirements** \- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory role. \- Valid Class B driver’s license (regularly required). \- Availability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays. \- Residence near the workplace or willingness and ability to relocate geographically. **Required Competencies and Skills** \- Leadership and ability to exercise firm yet fair authority. \- Strong decision-making capability under pressure. \- Fluent oral and written communication (ability to draft clear, professional reports). \- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills. \- Customer orientation and attention to detail.
