Their work ensures that facilities reflect Marriott’s brand image and hospitality standards, contributing to delivering guests an impeccable, luxurious visual experience. **Responsibilities:** * Paint walls, ceilings, doors, frames, furniture, and other surfaces in guest rooms, common areas, and service areas. * Prepare surfaces through cleaning, patching, sanding, and application of sealers or primers. * Apply various types of coatings according to surface requirements (vinyl, enamel, anti-corrosive, among others). * Conduct preventive inspections to detect paint wear, peeling, or deterioration. * Respond to repair and maintenance requests from other departments. * Keep the painting workshop, assigned tools, and equipment organized and clean. * Use personal protective equipment correctly and comply with industrial safety standards. * Report material or equipment needs to the Supervisor. * Support renovation, remodeling, or decoration projects requested by Engineering Management. * Comply with aesthetic and image standards established by the Marriott brand. * This description is illustrative and not exhaustive.
