If you have experience operating cutting-edge paving technology, we want to meet you! **Job Purpose:** Ensure precision and quality of asphalt mixture laying by correctly configuring and operating the leveling systems and sensors on the **Vögele Spray Jet 1800\-3i** paver, guaranteeing compliance with project technical standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Installation, calibration, and operation of grade and steering sensors (Big MultiFoot, ultrasonic sensors, mechanical sensors, etc.). * Continuous monitoring of laydown thickness, pumping rate, and alignment. * Direct coordination with the machine operator and screed crew. * Basic preventive maintenance of electronic components in the sensor system. * Ensuring a uniform, defect-free surface finish. **Requirements:** * **Proven experience:** Minimum 2–3 years as a Paver Sensor Operator, preferably with **Vögele** equipment (Navitronic/Niveltronic systems), verifiable via recommendation letters. * **Technical knowledge:** Familiarity with the integrated spray system (SprayJet) and **3i** series technology. * **Skills:** High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel or work across multiple job sites. * **Education:** Completed secondary school or equivalent technical training. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary. * Statutory benefits from day one plus extras. * Job stability with a leading construction-sector company. * Growth opportunities and continuous training. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * Partnership agreements. * Bonuses. **Join our team and help build Mexico’s roads!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee referral program * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
