Development of skills in attention to detail and conflict resolution Key Properties, operator of Wyndham Garden and Fairfield Inn Cancun Downtown hotels, is seeking a professional to fill the position of **Night Auditor**, responsible for reviewing, reconciling, organizing, and reporting on all front office hotel operations during their shift. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive pending items and incident reports from the previous shift. * Generate and analyze the room revenue report. * Follow up on guest complaints and special requests, issuing corresponding reports. * Validate registration cards in PIT versus the Opera system. * Verify and reconcile bank transactions. * Follow up on pending items in the logbook and record new ones. * Generate statistical reports such as occupancy percentage, average daily rate (ADR), occupied rooms, among others. * Review cash drops and front desk revenue reports. * Ensure all reports are balanced before audit closure. * Prepare a comparative report against competing hotels and submit it to General Management. * Complete the shift checklist. * Analyze and issue nightly reports. * Provide support to the front desk team as required. * Assist in extraordinary activities. * Maintain communication with Security for facility monitoring and anomaly reporting. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of experience in hotel night auditing. * **Language:** Intermediate-to-advanced English (minimum 80%). **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Opera system. * Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) terminal operation. * Microsoft Office suite. * Basic knowledge of regulations and compliance standards. **Desired Skills** * Customer service orientation. * Attention to detail. * Organizational skills. * Conflict resolution ability. * Proactive and professional attitude.
