Who are we? My Flex Club is the first studio specialized in 1:1 assisted stretching in Cancún. We were founded based on our founders’ experience of over 16 years in personal training and physical wellness. Our method relies on fully personalized sessions designed to improve flexibility, optimize mobility, and enhance overall well-being for each individual—always guided by certified specialists. Job Responsibilities * Conduct individual assisted stretching sessions tailored to each client. * Accompany, motivate, and guide the client throughout the entire process, ensuring a safe and high-quality experience. * Actively contribute to member acquisition and retention. * Correctly apply stretching techniques, prioritizing client safety and well-being. * Participate in team meetings, internal trainings, and educational presentations. * Collaborate in events, studio tours, and commercial initiatives. * Maintain an active presence on social media to boost club visibility and membership promotion. * Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of equipment and work areas. Required Profile * Training as a massage therapist, physiotherapist, certified personal trainer, or Pilates, Yoga, or Dance instructor. * Ability to foster a positive, professional, and inclusive environment. * Excellent communication skills, approachable demeanor, and empathy with clients. * Passion for wellness and helping people improve their quality of life. * Strong professional ethics, responsibility, and adherence to club protocols. * Availability to complete the Stretching Specialists Training Program (over 25 hours combining online, in-person, and practical components).
