




Position Summary: Manage administrative and accounting operations, prepare reports, supervise policies, and coordinate financial reporting to ensure timely information. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of accounting and financial reports for shareholders and executives FUNCTIONS * Accounting knowledge * Maintain 100% of the company’s administrative and accounting operations. * Prepare Accounts Payable reports for managers and shareholders. * Monitor compliance with general operational policies regarding: Finance, Sales, Purchasing. * Coordinate the implementation of accounting and financial reports and statements to ensure shareholders, directors, and managers are truthfully and timely informed about company operations. * Verify that all required legal permits are properly maintained and up-to-date, and oversee procedures for obtaining such permits—whether federal, state, para-state, or municipal. * Conduct internal audit procedures including physical inventories, cash counts, confirmations, analyses, and evaluations to safeguard company assets. * Preventive and corrective maintenance programs for company facilities. * Identify optimal purchasing options for equipment, materials, etc., requested by each department based on quotations. * Support contingency plans and actions required due to operational emergencies. * Management of the Petty Cash Fund. * Submission of deposits.
