We are looking for a creative, fast-paced individual with strong production skills, experienced in vertical formats and digital trends. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Audiovisual Production, or related field * Minimum 2 years editing video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve * Experience with CapCut for rapid editing * Familiarity with generative AI tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Leonardo AI) * Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects preferred) * Vertical editing optimized for social media * Audio and music synchronization with dynamic transitions * Portfolio of reels/short videos required **Profile** * Creativity and visual sensitivity to digital trends * High production capacity * Organization and time management * Attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure * Team collaboration * Dynamic and proactive individual A young, creative environment focused on high-impact content.
