We are a rapidly growing company with national and international development, serving clients across all sectors. **Job Description** * Schedule appointments with clients, prospect new customers, and develop Key Accounts. * Support each sales team in closing deals. * Size projects with clients (equipment capacity, electrical issues, etc). * Establish and direct operational and administrative procedures related to sales and marketing activities. * Lead and manage the activities of the sales and marketing personnel. * Plan and supervise daily work. * Set and manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources. * Monitor staff selection, training, and performance. * Represent the company or organization at sales conventions, trade fairs, and other forums. * Define sales and marketing team objectives. * Resolve commercial and marketing problems. * Define the company's sales channels, including structure, size, and routes. * Develop sales forecasts in coordination with other departments. **Requirements** * Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Age: 30 years and above * Experience: Minimum of 4 years in the electrical/electronic industry, 1 year in a managerial role or supervising staff (mandatory experience in the electrical sector) * Leadership skills. * Teamwork ability * Initiative * Good communication skills * Organizational and planning abilities **Additional Information** We Offer: * Fixed salary + commissions / sales bonuses * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Savings fund * Medical expense insurance * Punctuality and grocery bonuses * Dining facility * Growth opportunities * Industronic uniforms
