Job Summary: Analyze and ensure security procedures to prevent theft, loss, or robbery, and protect assets, facilities, and personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Protection of physical assets, facilities, and human resources. 2. Security auditing and analysis for deliveries and routes. 3. Career development plan within the company. Position Objective Analyze the company's established security procedures by supporting private security and custody personnel, reviewing and operating CCTV equipment, inspecting local delivery units, and utilizing support tools and equipment—aimed at preventing theft, loss, or robbery of shipments, and protecting physical assets, facilities, and human resources. Job Functions or Activities. 1. Audit the departure of local delivery units by performing a full count of shipments and verifying physical waybill numbers against manifests. 2. Report damaged or opened shipments resulting from operations. 3. Report receipt of high-value shipments jointly with Operations, pre-alerting destination sites for tracking purposes—to prevent theft, loss, or misappropriation. 4. Analyze custody services for foreign and pickup routes.
