Job Description * Execute Work Orders from the Preventive Maintenance Program for Steam Generators, Electrical Power Generators, Chilled Water Generators, Reverse Osmosis Units, LP Gas Utilization Systems, and General Electromechanical Systems. * Obtain and record operating parameters of assigned equipment on corresponding forms. * Perform physico-chemical analyses on Steam Systems, Chilled Water Systems, General Services Water Supply Systems, and any other systems related to assigned equipment. * Ensure that gas supply is conducted safely and properly. * With prior notice to the Shift Supervisor, the machine room operator will carry out necessary corrective actions to maintain values within established acceptable parameters. * Energy management is a priority in their responsibilities. Electricity, gas, and water—during reception, storage, and distribution—are of particular concern. * Identify risk conditions within machine rooms and notify the Shift Supervisor for prompt correction.
