Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive administrative and digital marketing assistant to manage properties, social media, databases, and support executives in various tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end property and digital platform management 2. Content creation and social media management 3. Executive support and use of AI tools * Preparation of administrative documents (payment receipts, data updates in documents) * Database design and management * Platform updates (inmuebles24 and Vivanuncios) * Uploading properties to platforms * Social media management, including story and post content * Uploading properties to social media * Designing property fact sheets * Minutes of meetings and conferences * Maintaining property folders with photos and fact sheets * Client follow-ups * Managing executives’ daily, weekly, and monthly schedules * Property acquisition * Email review * Client follow-up calls * Assisting client property tours * Scheduling client visits with property owners * Reviewing stale-listed properties * AI tool usage * Willingness to create social media content * Video speaking capability * And other duties necessary for executive operations Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $9,244.87 - $20,938.88 per month Benefits: * Professional development support * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Complimentary beverages * Employee discounts * Special discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Employee referral program * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
