Handle requests for project assignments. Conduct technical interviews for project personnel. Support and manage new hires. Monitor project activities through assigned supervisors Cover client needs per project in the field Review and coordinate analysis of offer terms and conditions Identify cost reduction opportunities and propose operational efficiency improvements. Develop action plans and health and safety campaigns Execute inspection and preventive maintenance programs Ensure compliance with safety standards and those established by STPS, NFPA, SSPA. Provide support on projects when personnel is needed for specific tasks Ensure regulatory and documentation compliance for each assigned project Manage projects from central office and on-site **WHAT DO WE VALUE?** Risk analysis for critical jobs (working at heights, confined spaces, hot work, cutting and welding, lifting operations, among others) Expense control, budgets and estimates Acquisition of new clients and preparation of quotations Follow-up on collections and invoicing, review of reports Excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail and communication Implementation and execution of emergency response plans Document management of contractors Field work and willingness to travel **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's or engineering degree in Safety and Hygiene, Environmental, Industrial, Civil, Occupational Health or related fields, completed and certified. 5 years of experience in similar positions such as Coordinator, HSE Lead, HSE Manager, etc., in Industrial Safety, Construction, Manufacturing, general industry projects. Proven knowledge in contractor and supplier management, application of STPS regulations, Civil Protection, IMSS and Environmental regulations. Ability to prepare risk analyses for construction site work, first aid, CPR. High adaptability and sense of urgency.
