Location | Hotel Live Aqua Cancún Primary Function Support the implementation of training programs (legal and operational) and manage the hotel’s organizational communication through various channels. Key Responsibilities Training and Standards: Assist the Training Manager in coordinating courses, developing policy manuals, tracking the AAA program, managing course files, and issuing STPS certificates. Internal Communication: Design, draft, and post information on bulletin boards (safety, HR, union, etc.), prepare announcements (recognitions, congratulations), and submit content for the corporate magazine. Workplace Climate and Organizational Culture: Support the administration of the workplace climate survey, organize social/sports events, and manage staff-related details (e.g., birthdays).
