Job stability and opportunities for growth We are looking for a Reservation Assistant to join our team at a travel agency specializing in airport–hotel and hotel–airport transportation services. Responsibilities: *Manage and coordinate transfer reservations (airport–hotel / hotel–airport). *Follow up on customer requests via email. *Confirm services with suppliers and customers. *Keep information updated in internal systems. *Provide timely and professional service to customers, primarily from the U.S. market. Requirements: *Intermediate/advanced English level (mandatory, both written and reading). *Ability to draft and respond to emails in English clearly and professionally. *Basic knowledge of tourism transportation logistics (preferred). *Basic computer and office software skills. *Organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
