




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Operator with experience in masonry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work to perform comprehensive maintenance tasks at a corporate office. Availability to rotate shifts At GrupoBD, we are looking for a Maintenance Operator for our corporate office, with proven experience in masonry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work. · Responsibilities: Conduct inspections of utilities including energy, water, lighting, electrical panels, fire suppression systems, and rooftop equipment. Inspect rooftop exhaust fans and start air conditioning units. Perform touch-up painting inspections in lobbies and parking areas. Inspect the electrical substation and monitor transformer temperatures. Schedule equipment maintenance according to the preventive maintenance program. Inspect drains and stormwater drainage systems in common areas and on the cafeteria roof. Pressure-wash the reception roof and cafeteria roof. Conduct lighting inspections throughout the building and on the roof, including replacement of burnt-out bulbs. Clean stormwater wells. Clean contingency storage rooms, diesel storage rooms, and maintenance storage rooms. Assist with installation, removal, and washing of cyclone-prevention tarps. Support modifications to electrical installations in tenant spaces. Perform all duties inherent to the position. · Requirements: Minimum completed junior high school education. Availability to rotate shifts. Residence in Cancún.
