At PAM Hotels, we are looking for an Information Technology Assistant to join our corporate team and provide specialized technical support to our operational and administrative departments. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to users regarding hardware, software, networks, and peripheral devices. Receive, log, and track incidents using the helpdesk tool. Install, configure, and update computer equipment, applications, and corporate systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technological equipment. Support IT inventory management: equipment, licenses, accounts, and access. Collaborate in implementing technological improvements and internal corporate projects. Ensure compliance with company-established IT policies and procedures. Requirements Education in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical support or IT assistance. Knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems. Network configuration and connectivity troubleshooting. Hardware and software maintenance. IT administration tools. Analytical ability, results orientation, and high accountability.
