RESPONSIBILITIES · Responsible for carrying out purchases and administrative tasks assigned by the PP Purchasing Department, ensuring timely and proper execution. · Invoicing. · Errands. · Parcel shipping and receipt. · Payments via credit card or cash. · Fuel consumption reporting. · Interaction with users across different businesses to offer alternatives according to challenges arising during purchasing—e.g., when certain products are out of stock. · Optimization of allocated time and resources.
