




**Job Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree with postgraduate studies (preferably) in the field of the program taught English language proficiency: Intermediate Cultural level: High Experience: Minimum 3 years in the education sector and in coordination roles. Teaching experience: Minimum 3 years. Certificates of continuous professional development **Main Responsibilities:** **Administrative/Academic:** Annual strategic planning for the section under supervision (faculty), preparation of the annual activity schedule for faculty and students, class timetables, participation in the recruitment and selection process for new students: planning cultural trips per semester and grade level, and processing related documentation. **Technical Leadership:** Supervise revalidation processes and ensure timely submission of procedures to SEP (Secretaría de Educación Pública). Review that academic programs comply with SEP specifications. **Coordination:** Collaborate with supervised faculty to design intervention strategies ensuring students achieve expected learning outcomes. **Faculty:** Training, onboarding, weekly evaluation of faculty, and holding regular working meetings with the Academic Director based in Spain. **Students:** Conduct interviews with students, monitor the recruitment and enrollment process for new students, track each student’s academic performance through assessments, and conduct interviews with parents/guardians upon their request or that of the academic coordination team. **Outreach:** Establish partnerships with other schools and universities. **Benefits:** **Benefits:** * Salary: $30,000 gross monthly * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * 5% food vouchers
