POSITION OBJECTIVE Provide personalized, professional, and courteous service to domestic and international passengers upon their arrival at the airport, ensuring an impeccable, safe, and efficient reception, representing the image and values of Hey Travel to customers, suppliers, and strategic partners. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES **Greet passengers in the arrival terminals with a proactive attitude, smile, and excellent personal appearance.** Confirm itineraries, monitor flights, and coordinate transfers with supervisors, drivers, and assigned vehicles. **Maintain constant communication via WhatsApp, radio, or corporate phone to ensure punctuality and operational control.** Verify vehicle assignments and physical condition of vehicles prior to customer arrival. **Assist passengers with their luggage or provide directions to their boarding point.** Prepare daily reports on flights, times, customers served, and incidents. **Provide basic general or tourist information about Cancun in English and Spanish.** Maintain impeccable institutional image and absolute discretion with customers and colleagues. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS **Age: 22 to 35 years.** Gender: Indifferent. **Education: Completed high school or technical/university degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Public Relations, or Administration.** Minimum experience: 1 year in customer service, reception, or airport environment. **English: Fluent conversational level (essential).** Impeccable presentation, good communication skills, and excellent attitude. **Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, and flight platforms.** Flexible working hours If interested, please apply Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
