Position Objective As an Overdue Collections Manager, you are responsible for visiting debtors who have experienced significant payment delays, generating payment plans that allow them to bring their payments up to date again. Main Responsibilities Visit the homes of borrowers who have obtained a loan but failed to make payments, in order to offer them different repayment plans. * Recover overdue accounts. * Provide service to our customers with respect and kindness. * Inform customers about all the benefits of maintaining a current credit account. * Operate a motorcycle following safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear. Candidate Profile Experience in customer service, collections, or sales. * Motorcycle riding skills. * Valid motorcycle driver's license. * Ability to operate a mobile device. * Focused on achieving goals and objectives. * Effective communication and teamwork skills.
