Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise architecture and interior design teams on large-scale projects, ensuring quality and compliance with requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with clients and suppliers *We are looking for you!* **WORKSHOP MANAGER – Architecture and Interior Design** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (degree and professional license mandatory) * 5 years of experience in project management * Advanced spoken and written English * Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other representation and modeling software * Proven experience leading teams of 15–20 architects * Track record in developing large-scale projects * Experience in high-profile projects, such as: * Residential towers exceeding 15,000 m² * Hotel developments with more than 300 rooms * Experience working at leading companies in the sector (mandatory) * Demonstrable professional growth within organizations * Experience implementing and managing structured work teams * Experience developing and implementing work processes and systems aligned with large-scale projects * Experience standardizing processes for project development Responsibilities: * Coordinate work teams, defining timelines, deadlines, and project deliverables * Supervise one or multiple projects simultaneously (design and architecture) * Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and client requirements * Review technical documentation according to project phase * Conduct on-site surveys and technical site visits * Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams * Research suitable construction materials and technologies * Evaluate team performance and propose improvements * Coordinate training sessions with suppliers We Offer: * $40,000–$60,000 net monthly * Statutory benefits Location: * Puerto Cancún, Q.
