Pre-register selected guests and prepare key packages. Organize and coordinate check-in and pre-registration procedures for arriving groups. Review, track, and fulfill room change or departure date requests whenever possible; communicate status to relevant staff. Confirm reservations and cancellations. Conduct daily inspections of out-of-service rooms. Ensure rates comply with market standards and that all exceptions are properly documented. Verify and adjust guest billing. File guest paperwork or documentation. Organize and process all guest check-in and check-out records. Activate room keys. Obtain valid payments. Identify over-assigned rooms. Check for duplicate reservations; block rooms as needed. Prepare daily reports. Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or issues have been fully resolved to their satisfaction. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly. Comply with all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets.
