Complete closing tasks such as storing all reusable supplies, locking doors, sorting inventory, etc. Organize, stock, and maintain work areas. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene conditions, and organization of assigned stations and service areas. Transport soiled linens to designated area for laundering, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen shelves with clean linens. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day through a continuous cleaning procedure. Assist other departments when necessary to ensure optimal guest service. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support team to reach common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds (22.5 kg) or equivalent without assistance. Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects weighing more than 75 pounds (33.75 kg). Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or for the entire work shift. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination. Reach above shoulder and below knee level, including bending, twisting the waist, pulling, and stooping. Move about on inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs. Ascend and descend service stairs and/or ramps. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Perform other reasonable job duties requested by supervisors.
