Maintains high standards of safety, hygiene, and food quality. * Organizes the refrigerated storage units in their station to ensure proper utilization of products. * Verifies that all necessary equipment and products are available to complete assigned tasks, handling them appropriately to prevent waste and shrinkage. * Ensures all assigned tasks and production requirements from their immediate supervisor are performed efficiently and promptly, adhering to required specifications and established procedures. * Handles all operational equipment with extreme caution during transportation to prevent accidents, spills, or breakage, fully complying with safety regulations at all times. * Adheres to cleaning and hygiene procedures and standards while performing duties, ensuring the quality and reliability of prepared food. * Ensures all products used in preparations meet quality, quantity, and yield standards, reporting any anomalies or deviations to their immediate supervisor.
