




Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Manager with experience in distribution and sales companies to develop strategies, increase sales, and manage teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead state-level commercial and sales strategies 2. Expand the customer portfolio and prospect new accounts 3. Manage and develop a high-performance sales team **Requirements:** Age: 30\-45 years old Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Commerce or related field (completed), e.g., Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, etc. Minimum five years of experience as a Commercial Manager in high-volume distribution and sales companies, such as soft drink manufacturers, snack food producers, breweries, bakeries, etc., performing the following activities: \- Develop work plans and commercial strategies to increase sales. \- Extensive experience in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling commercial area activities. \- Develop state-level sales strategies; \- Prospect new accounts and expand the current customer portfolio; \- Identify current market needs and trends, as well as opportunities in new markets; \- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers; \- Measure team performance and ensure staff training and development; \- Prepare and monitor sales forecasts; \- Institutional promotion (brand image, prospecting, promotional strategies); \- Institutional public relations.
