Techpeople (Apple Authorized Service Center) is a leading company in technical support services for Apple devices. We are currently seeking a Specialist in Repairing computing and mobile devices. If you are passionate about technology, possess exceptional customer service skills, and have a love for the Apple brand, we are looking for you!
Work location: Playa del Carmen.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to Apple and PC users.
* Assemble and disassemble computers.
* Resolve hardware and software issues on customer devices.
* Deliver excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Requirements:
* Knowledge in assembling and disassembling computers and/or mobile phones.
* Previous experience in technical support and customer service.
* Solid knowledge of hardware and software.
* Passion for technology and customer service.
* Completed high school; incomplete bachelor's degree or engineering in Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
