Job Summary: This position focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of specialized transportation units, including operational staff coordination and service order management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of operational staff and daily activity assignment. 2. Supervision and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance work. 3. Comprehensive maintenance management of specialized transportation units. **OBJECTIVE:** To provide preventive and corrective maintenance services to transportation units (concrete mixers, boom pumps, and trenchers), ensuring that services and parts replacement are performed in accordance with the specific requirements of each service order. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** * Coordination of operational staff (Diesel mechanics, concrete plant mechanics, welders, assistants). * Daily activity assignment. * Parts requisition for units. * Release of operational units. * Preparation of a Service Order for each unit entering the Workshop for any service, specifying the required parts replacement and type of maintenance to be performed. * Supervision and monitoring of completed work. * Performance of preventive maintenance on units according to unit requirements and operational results. * Performance of corrective maintenance on units based on identified failures, with repair tracking provided via the service order. * Timely reporting to the Plant Manager regarding the preventive maintenance schedule, to ensure all applicable units are scheduled for maintenance within required timeframes. * Maintenance of strict order and cleanliness within the Workshop facilities, and effective control of tool inventory. * Assessment of skills for newly hired personnel assigned to units. * Reporting any anomalies detected inside or outside the Workshop related to company operations to the immediate supervisor. **KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:** * Diesel and General Mechanics * Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Program Management * Microsoft Office Suite * Industrial Safety * Quality Management System ***Preferably owns a personal vehicle; fuel and preventive maintenance support is provided.*** Salary: Starting at $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * Are you currently located in Cancún?
