We are looking for responsible, attentive, and committed individuals to join our team as a **Night and Rotating Monitor**, ensuring control, surveillance, and security of our operations. **We Offer:** * **Competitive salary:** $12,000 to $14,000 monthly net * **Rotating and night shifts** (availability required) * **Career growth and job stability** * Ongoing training in monitoring and security systems **Position Objective** Ensure safety and proper operation by continuously monitoring video surveillance cameras, alarms, GPS, or other systems, detecting incidents and reporting them promptly to prevent losses, risks, or emergency situations. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor in real time video surveillance cameras, GPS systems, alarms, and other security devices. * Detect, record, and report any incident or suspicious activity. * Track field units or personnel (routes, schedules, stops, deviations, etc.). * Respond to security alerts and escalate them to the appropriate department. * Prepare daily monitoring and incident reports. * Maintain constant communication with supervisors and response teams. * Follow established security procedures. * Assist in reviewing recordings when required. **Skills and Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Concentration and observation skills. * Clear and assertive communication. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Responsibility and sense of urgency. * Honesty and commitment.
