SAP MRP system Advanced English Proficiency in MICROSOFT OFFICE APICS certification Course on SAP Material Masters and critical fields to be completed. Knowledge of various operational areas within the plant (Transfer Molding, Injection, Turbo Spray, Assembly, Mixer) Minimum 3 years in this position. **SKILLS** **Compliance with Job Requirements / Training Plan to Be Provided** Ability to work under pressure. If the candidate or employee does NOT possess the required **training or skills**, the organization will provide training where applicable, documented in **format (FR-3.2.1.1.1 Training Needs Identification)**, delivered according to the annual training program and/or immediate scheduling. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Develop production plans aligned with line capacities. + Ensure on-time shipment to customers. + Maintain SAP system PP module. + Identify part numbers to be assembled per product and family. + Launch new products at the plant. + Monitor established procedures related to the area in accordance with the IATF16949 Quality Management System. + Comply with EHS regulations and ISO 14001 standards. + Report any unsafe conditions or actions. **ACTIVITIES** * Monitor material shortages. * Develop master production schedule as applicable. * Coordinate urgent shipments jointly with Customer Service. * Establish priorities for various departments such as Production, Quality, and Importation. * Coordinate machine availability for new product runs. * Review material master data for new part numbers, including BOMs, routings, and product costing. * Generate new product ramp-up via planning orders in the SAP system. * Attend daily NPIS meetings.
