We are looking for new talent to join our team! **Job Profile (Construction Site Manager)** **JOB DESCRIPTION** We seek a Construction Site Manager to lead the execution of air conditioning system installation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost control. Responsibilities include supervising construction sites, coordinating teams, and maintaining effective communication with clients, suppliers, and contractors. **EDUCATION:** * Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (degree and professional license required). * Preference given to candidates with postgraduate studies, courses, or professional updates. **EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven experience in HVAC project execution and site supervision. * Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision. * Knowledge of air conditioning system installation. * Experience managing personnel and coordinating teams. * Knowledge of site control, project scheduling, and progress tracking. * Experience managing suppliers and contractors. * Valid driver's license. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise on-site project execution and progress. * Coordinate and supervise site supervisors. * Ensure correct project execution according to drawings and specifications. * Plan and manage resources (materials, labor, and timelines). * Maintain direct communication with clients during project execution. * Coordinate suppliers and contractors. * Monitor site progress and adherence to schedules. * Identify and resolve on-site issues. **SOFTWARE:** * AutoCAD * Office suite (Intermediate Excel) * Project * Revit * ERP (material control, cost management, material requisitions) **KEY COMPETENCIES:** * Leadership and decision-making. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Problem-solving. * Results-oriented mindset. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive biweekly salary (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Professional growth opportunities. * Job stability. * Excellent work environment. * Professional development.
