Community Manager — Punch! Marketing (Cancún) We are looking for a person passionate about social media and digital marketing to join Punch!, an agency with 5 years of experience in Cancún serving hospitality, retail, healthcare, and real estate brands. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** \- Manage the day-to-day operations of 4\-5 client social media accounts. (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) \- Create and schedule content aligned with each brand’s strategy. \- Respond to messages and comments, providing bilingual support (Spanish\-English). \- Coordinate with design and audiovisual teams to ensure timely delivery of all outputs. \- Report monthly results with clear metrics. \- Maintain close relationships with your assigned clients. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** \- Proven experience as a Community Manager (at an agency or brand) \- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools (Metricool, Hootsuite or similar), and solid knowledge of Instagram and TikTok \- Clear writing skills in Spanish and intermediate\-advanced English proficiency. \- Ability to manage multiple accounts with distinct brand personalities. \- Self-organization: we use Asana to manage tasks and deliverables. \- Proactive attitude: clients in agencies often request urgent tasks; we need someone who can prioritize and respond judiciously. **LET’S BE HONEST WITH YOU** Working at an agency is intense. Accounts can be demanding and deadlines sometimes tight. We won’t pretend this role is relaxed.
