We are currently looking to add a **Bilingual Reservations and Operations Agent** to our team in Cancún. Requirements: * Conversational English B2 (proficiency test required). * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Public Relations, Foreign Languages, International Business, or related field. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables). * Passion for tourism operations. * Attention to detail, dynamism, and enthusiasm. Main responsibilities: * Managing and confirming reservations. * Customer service via phone, email, and chat. * Cancellation and follow-up of activities. * Coordination and dispatching assignments to suppliers. * Planning and overseeing daily operations. * Direct communication with agency executives. * Preparing service sheets and operational closing reports.
