Logistics and Operations City: QUINTANA ROO Publication Date: Apr 24, 2026 Schedule: Day Shift Description: **OPERATOR ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’** Position Objective Deliver and pick up envelopes, packages, and items assigned to their route by following established processes within operational cycles, ensuring that the contracted service meets the agreed-upon quality and security guarantees with the client. Job Functions or Activities. * Enter envelopes and packages departing from the Operations Center into the system. * Notify the Operations Supervisor of the number of shipments ready to depart for the route. * Review pending deliveries from the previous day. * Perform pickups at points of sale (PDV) or with customers. * Inform security guards of access and exit procedures at the COP. * Separate shipments requiring special handling or guarantees. * Depart on route according to work order for shipment delivery.
