Ongoing training and indefinite-term contract **FINANCIERA INDEPENDENCIA CANCUN is seeking a Field Collections Manager at Av Tulum \- Benito Juárez, Quintana Roo** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At Financiera Independencia, we are seeking personnel for the specialized collections department focused on delinquent portfolios. AVAILABLE POSITIONS: EXTRA-JUDICIAL COLLECTIONS MANAGER Responsibilities: Conduct home visits and field collections to negotiate with our clients, encouraging them to pay their overdue balances and/or settle their accounts and obtain payment commitments. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Sundays and public holidays are days off. Requirements: Completed high school (preferred). Own motorcycle (mandatory) / Valid driver's license (mandatory). Experience in recovering early-stage or written-off accounts. Familiarity with the city / Results-oriented. Minimum salary expectation of $30,000\.00 MXN per month. We Offer: Base salary ($9,451\.20 MXN per month, paid biweekly). Guaranteed productivity bonus of $3,000\.00 MXN per month for the first 6 months (in addition to commissions). Excellent uncapped commission structure (details provided during interview; monthly income exceeding $30,000\.00 MXN is contingent upon performance). Paid biweekly. Weekly fuel allowance. Paid training. IMSS coverage (100% employer contribution from day one). Statutory benefits.
