The main activities to be performed are as follows: \- Record income and expenses in Excel format \- Create documents in Word \- Operate the Little Hotelier property management software (training provided) \- Issue income and purchase invoices (training provided) \- Respond to emails and phone calls \- Receive guests and perform check\-in Interpersonal skills \- Proactive \- Responsible \- Punctual \- Honest \- Problem solving Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Day off: Sunday Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,100.00 per month Work location: On-site position
