Determination of standard and actual production costs We are a restaurant located in the hotel zone of Cancún, with years of experience in the restaurant industry. Food and Beverage Costs: Ensuring product unit cost accuracy; monitoring the proper accounting cycle; supervising correct accounting allocation and expense distribution for determining the unit cost of food, inventories, and shrinkage. Experience in: 1\. Controlling and accounting for movements in raw material, auxiliary, and finished goods warehouses. 2\. Conducting physical inventories. 3\. Reviewing warehouse consumption. 3\.1 Calculating recipe costs. 4\. Reviewing daily production output. 5\. Determining standard and actual production costs. 6\. Shrinkage. 7\.
