This project arises from the high demand and growth in real estate in the Mexican Caribbean, aiming to offer a 360-degree service in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations for horizontal, vertical, commercial, and hospitality developments. **We are looking for: MEP Installations Resident** **Position Objective: Supervise and ensure that installations meet the standards and quality required by the client.** **Job Responsibilities:** Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety in installations. Prepare generators, estimates, and 2D drawings. Prepare progress reports on construction work. Develop project execution schedules and plans. Ensure that construction activities are carried out according to established standards and within the stipulated time frame. Propose solutions when discrepancies arise between drawings and field conditions. Visit work sites for validation, photographic documentation, and evidence collection. Attend client inspections for project review, drawings, equipment locations, and accessories. **What we offer?** Initial monthly net salary: $18,000.00 to $24,000.00 + bonuses for completed projects and two annual salary adjustments Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00 hrs, Saturdays 08:00 to 14:00 hrs Work location: Cancún, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen—wherever our projects are located Statutory benefits **Requirements:** --------------- **Education:** Bachelor's degree / Engineering **Specialty:** Electromechanical, Industrial, Civil, Architecture. **Experience:** One year as a resident or two years as an assistant resident in installations **Additional Requirements** Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and intermediate-to-advanced level in Excel. Proficiency in reading and interpreting installation drawings and isometrics.
