**Description:** ---------------- We are a 100% Mexican company composed of three teams; this project arises from the high demand and growth in real estate in the Mexican Caribbean, aiming to provide a 360-degree service for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations in horizontal, vertical, commercial, and hotel developments. **We are looking for: MEP Installation Resident** **Position Objective: Supervise and ensure that installations meet the standards and quality required by the client.** **Job Responsibilities:** Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety in installations. Create generators, estimates, and 2D drawings. Prepare construction progress reports. Develop project execution schedules and plans. Ensure construction activities are carried out according to established standards and within the specified timeframe. Propose solutions when discrepancies arise between drawings and field conditions. Visit work sites for validation, photographic documentation, and evidence collection. Attend client inspections for project review, drawings, equipment and accessory locations. **What we offer:** Net monthly salary: $18,000.00 to $24,000.00 Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00 hrs, Saturdays 08:00 to 14:00 hrs Work location: Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, wherever our projects are located Statutory benefits **Requirements:** --------------- **Education:** Bachelor's degree / Engineering **Specialty:** Electromechanical, Industrial, Civil, Architecture. **Experience:** One year as a resident or two years as an assistant resident in installations **Additional Requirements** Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and intermediate-advanced level of Excel. Proficiency in reading and interpreting installation and isometric drawings.
