**Description:** ---------------- We are a 100% Mexican company composed of three teams; this project arises from the high demand and growth of real estate in the Mexican Caribbean, aiming to provide a 360-degree service in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations for horizontal, vertical, commercial, and hospitality developments. **We are looking for: MEP Installations Coordinator** **Position Objective: Supervise and ensure that installations meet the standards and quality required by the client.** **Job Responsibilities:** Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety in installations. Produce generators, estimates, and 2D drawings. Prepare construction progress reports. Develop project execution schedules and plans. Ensure on-site activities are carried out according to established standards and within the stipulated timeframes. Propose solutions when discrepancies arise between drawings and field conditions. Visit work zones for validation, photographic documentation, and evidence collection during site surveys. Attend client supervision meetings to review projects, drawings, equipment locations, and accessories. **What We Offer:** Initial monthly net salary: $18,000.00 to $24,000.00 + bonuses for completed projects and two salary adjustments within the first year of employment Work schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00 hrs, Saturdays 08:00 to 14:00 hrs Work location: Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen—wherever our projects are located Statutory benefits **Requirements:** --------------- **Education:** Bachelor's degree / Engineering **Specialty:** Electromechanical, Industrial, Civil, Architecture. **Experience:** One year as a site resident or two years as an assistant site resident for installations **Additional Requirements** Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. Proficiency in reading and interpreting installation drawings and isometrics.
