The HVAC Modeler develops and manages heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system models to ensure a comfortable and efficient environment in hotel design. Create 3D models of HVAC systems using specialized software (such as Revit, AutoCAD). \- Collaborate with architects and engineers to efficiently integrate HVAC systems into the overall hotel design. \- Perform thermal load calculations and airflow analysis. \- Ensure designs comply with local regulations and industry standards. \- Prepare technical documentation and installation drawings. \- Participate in design reviews and present findings to the project team. \*\*Requirements:\*\* \- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field. \- Previous experience in HVAC modeling, preferably in hotel projects. \- Proficiency in design software (Revit, AutoCAD). \- Knowledge of building codes and energy efficiency standards. \- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
