Serve as the liaison between leadership and employees, promoting policies that reinforce culture, engagement, and performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement HR policies aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. * Oversee personnel recruitment, selection, onboarding, and separation processes. * Coordinate training programs, professional development, and performance evaluations. * Manage labor relations, negotiations, and conflict resolution. * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation and internal regulations. * Administer compensation, benefits, and retention strategies. * Drive initiatives related to organizational climate, emotional well-being, and corporate culture. * Generate reports and key metrics to support strategic decision-making. * Serve as an internal advisor to departmental leaders on human resource management matters. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
