




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide continuous support, resolving incidents and requests from internal customers through timely analysis and escalation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely technical support to internal customers. 2. Resolve user incidents and requests. 3. Ensure the integrity of identification data. Job Mission: Deliver continuous support as the Single Point of Contact for receiving requests, incidents, requirements, and problems, ensuring their proper resolution and escalation by performing accurate analysis in a timely and appropriate manner based on established timeframes. Responsibilities: Provide timely technical support to internal customers. Resolve and clarify each incident and/or request from users. Ensure the integrity of identification data. Certify and ensure the workflow of each reported case. Ensure attendance at training sessions provided for the Help Desk department. Specialize in applications to resolve incidents requiring deeper analysis. Maintain equipment, tools, and work materials in optimal condition to ensure proper functionality. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field. Availability of time.
