Job Summary: We are seeking a professional proficient in Revit to develop 3D models, generate drawings, and coordinate projects—ensuring adherence to BIM standards and participating in technical meetings. Key Responsibilities: 1. 3D modeling and documentation in Revit. 2. Model coordination and compliance with BIM standards. 3. Active participation in the design and construction process. Basic Requirements: 70% proficiency in REVIT * Create 3D models in **Revit** * Generate plans, sections, elevations, and construction details from the model. * Update models according to project changes. * Coordinate models with other disciplines (clash detection). * Comply with established BIM standards (naming conventions, levels of detail, etc.). * Document model progress and report issues. * Participate in technical coordination meetings.
