Quality assurance, adherence to schedules, and compliance with regulations A construction-sector company is looking for a **Construction Site Manager** responsible for coordinating, supervising, and executing on-site projects, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, quality standards, and technical specifications established by the client. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise on-site construction execution * Coordinate operational personnel (foremen, skilled workers, assistants, contractors) * Monitor physical progress of construction in accordance with the schedule * Maintain and update the construction logbook * Verify quality of completed work * Manage appropriate use of materials, tools, and equipment * Ensure adherence to delivery timelines * Maintain direct communication with the client * Process necessary permits for construction execution * Guarantee compliance with safety regulations and applicable ordinances **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year as a Construction Site Manager **Knowledge:** * Construction processes * Blueprint interpretation * Construction and progress control * Construction regulations * Site safety Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
