Conduct quality control of potable water and chlorine levels. **Job Title:** Operational Project Manager **Location:** Ciudad del Carmen / Dos Bocas We are seeking an **Operational Project Manager** to lead our project for water extraction and service supply to vessels. **Your Mission:** Ensure the complete supply cycle (extraction, transportation, and delivery), complying with quality standards and port dispatch timelines. **Responsibilities** * **Strategic Management:** Design critical supplier and supply routes, integrate unit pricing, and manage budgetary control. * **Port Management:** Manage folios on the **PIS** portal, handle procedures with **ASIPONA**, and ensure statutory compliance for vessels. * **On-Site Leadership (60%):** Direct supervision at the dock of flow rates, pressures, and preventive maintenance of assets (pumps, hoses, tanks). * **Quality Control:** Real-time potability and chlorine level testing. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Industrial, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering degree, or Technical Bachelor’s degree. * **Experience:** 3\-5 years in operational projects (maritime or hydraulic sector mandatory). * **Software:** Intermediate Excel. * **Availability:** 24/7 (according to vessel arrivals). * **Competencies:** Resilience, decision-making under pressure, and leadership of operational personnel.
