Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect to serve as Project Manager responsible for administration, control, and communication on construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administration and control of construction projects. 2. Fluid and assertive communication with clients. 3. Preparation of quotations and procedures. **We are looking for a Civil Engineer or Architect serving as Project Manager (Project Manager)** **Located in Colima (Villa de Álvarez)** **WE OFFER** * Base salary: Negotiable based on experience, up to $15,000.00 gross per month, plus performance bonus. * Benefits: As mandated by law. * Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Schedule is negotiable to allow for continuous work hours or a hybrid office–home arrangement); Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering * \*Experience in project administration (desirable) \*On-site construction supervision duties (desirable). **Specific Knowledge:** * Administration of construction company projects. * Budget preparation. * Client interaction. * Fluid and assertive communication. * Planning and control. **Job Functions:** * Preparation of quotations. * Processing procedures with the CFE (Federal Electricity Commission). * Administration and control of construction projects. * Preparation of progress reports. * Ongoing communication with clients. * Data entry into CFE and client platforms.
