




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Executive focused on order tracking, return management, and administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Phone and WhatsApp customer service 2. Monitor order status at the loading dock. Provide customer service via phone and WhatsApp. Manage merchandise returns. Collect payments for entered orders. **Requirements:** CRM software proficiency. Intermediate Excel skills. Excellent organizational and administrative control skills. Punctual follow-up and attention to detail. Mandatory customer service experience (minimum 1 year). **We Offer:** Monthly base salary: $10,500 Monthly bonuses up to $4,000 Statutory benefits. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. If you are an organized individual with a strong focus on customer service and punctual follow-up, we are looking for you!
