Job Summary:
Solventum is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive the culture and activities of continuous improvement, lead projects, and implement Lean tools at the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote a culture of continuous improvement at the plant.
2. Lead improvement projects and implement Lean tools.
3. Teach and mentor continuous improvement at various levels.

As a **Continuous Improvement Leader**, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your curiosity and collaborate with some of the world’s most innovative and diverse people. Here, you’ll make an impact by:
* Driving the culture and activities of continuous improvement within the plant.
* Leading improvement projects.
* Implementing Lean and continuous improvement tools and techniques.
* Implementing a Lean Management System for plant operations.
* Analyzing processes and the value stream to identify improvement opportunities.
* Providing training and mentoring on continuous improvement tools and activities across all plant levels—starting with the shop floor.
* Leading Strategic Planning events as well as operational and administrative Kaizens.
* Calculating and reporting activity and savings targets to meet plant objectives.
* Interacting with the Corporate Continuous Improvement team to align strategies, as well as with the Plant Leadership team.
**Your Skills and Experience**
**To succeed in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:**
* Completed degree in Engineering or related field, plus 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, process engineering, or manufacturing.
* Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement tools and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
**In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:**
* Fluent English
* Project leadership skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Knowledge of statistics
**Additional skills/knowledge that could further support your success in this role include:**
* Black Belt certification or equivalent.
* Proficiency in Minitab.
* Communication skills.
* Experience implementing Value Stream optimization projects.
* Demonstrated skills in project management, communication, facilitation, influence, and teaching/mentoring.
* Ability to motivate teams, foster teamwork, and maintain positive morale.
**Work Location:**
* On-site at our new Solventum plant in Apodaca, NL
**Travel:** May include up to 10% domestic or international travel.
